1 - Account Trading  
Actively allowing other people to use your existing in-game account by sharing your password.  
Permanent Ban.

2 - Ban Evasion  
This is when someone evades an active IP ban.  
Permanent IP-Ban.

3 - Botting  
Utilizing bots to impact server performance is forbidden. This is when you attempt to directly impact the server by making it difficult to play by lagging the server.  
Permanent IP-Ban.

4 - Cash for Items Trading  
Selling items for real-life currency.  
30-day IP-Ban.

5 - Chargingback Purchases  
Attempting to get your money back after purchasing an item from our store.  
Permanent IP-Ban.

6 - Chat Macros/Excessive Repetition
Using chat macros or excessively repeating messages.
14-day IP-Mute.

7 - Cheating
Using modifications to your client to give yourself an advantage in fights.  
30-day IP-Ban.

8 - Discrimination  
Use of language which is deemed offensive by different groups. This includes racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, religious discrimination, ableism and more.  
7-day IP-Ban.

9 - Doxing  
Sharing private information on a user, such as their full legal name, address and other private information.  
Blacklist.

10 - Duping
Utilising illegal methods to obtain multiple of an item without legitimately obtaining those items; copying one item.  
Note: You may also be banned for re-distributing duped items.  
Blacklist.

11 - Exploiting
The act of taking advantage of massive bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in our server plugins that leads to heavy damage.
1st Offense - 90-day IP-Ban.
2nd Offense - Permanent IP-Ban.

12 - Falsification of Evidence  
Creating and reporting evidence which is forged in any way and proven to be illegitimate.  
Permanent IP-Ban.

13 - Use of Forbidden Links  
Sending a link which we have deemed 'forbidden'. This may be a link which is a shortened URL, an illegal site, or other.  
Permanent IP-Ban.

14 - Illegal Game Modifications
Using unauthorized modifications to your Minecraft client to gain a gameplay advantage.
30-day IP-Ban.

15 - Inappropriate Cosmetic (Skin, Cape)  
As the name implies, this is when you have a skin or cape that is deemed offensive and goes against our rules.  
14-day IP-Ban.

16 - Light Advertising  
Similarly to advertising, this is like that but only restricted to server name mentioning.  
7-day IP-Ban.

17 - Media Advertising  
Similarly to advertising, this is like that but only restricted to promoting or posting videos unrelated to TimeQuest.  
14-day IP-Mute.

18 - Light Exploiting  
The act of taking advantage of minor bugs or glitches in our server plugins.  
30-day IP-Ban.

19 - Mute Evasion  
Similarly to ban evasion, this is when someone bypasses an active IP Mute.  
Permanent IP-Mute.

20 - Negative Behavior
Engaging in behavior that negatively impacts the gaming experience for others.
14-day IP-Mute.

21 - Offensive Material
Sharing or displaying content that is considered offensive.
3-day IP-Ban.

22 - Possession of Illegal Game Items  
This is when someone possesses items they are not allowed to have in any container (e.g., inventory, private vault).  
Permanent IP-Ban.

23 - Server Advertising  
Promoting another server, community or website within the chat (Minecraft-related or not) where an IP to access the service is mentioned.  
Permanent IP-Ban.

24 - Sexual Content  
This is when a player sends messages in any chat which can be linked back to sexual activities.  
14-day IP-Mute.

25 - Spamming  
This is when a player sends a message that resembles one they have previously sent multiple times. This also includes sending multiple of one (or more) characters in the chat.  
3-day IP-Mute.

26 - Speaking a Foreign Language  
As the name implies, this is speaking in public chats in a language which is not English.  
12-hour IP-Mute.

27 - Stat Boosting
Boosting your own (or another person's) in-game statistics by intentionally letting each other kill one another by the use of an alt or otherwise.  
1st Offense - 30-day IP-Ban + Stats Wipe.
2nd Offense - 90-day IP-Ban + Stats Wipe.
3rd Offense - Permanent IP-Ban + Stats Wipe.

28 - Threats of Harm  
Making threats or wishes upon one or more people, specifically, threats and wishes of death or damage.  
30-day IP-Ban.

1 - Admitting  
This is when you inform the staff member immediately that you have utilised illegal modifications on the server before a screenshare session has commenced.  
1st Offense - 14-day IP-Ban.
2nd Offense - 30-day IP-Ban.
3rd Offense - Permanent IP-Ban.

2 - Autoclicker
Using an autoclicker during gameplay.
1st Offense - 60-day IP-Ban.
2nd Offense - 180-day IP-Ban.
3rd Offense - Permanent IP-Ban.

3 - Ghost Client  
Clear evidence of a ghost client on your computer.  
1st Offense - 180-day IP-Ban.
2nd Offense - Permanent IP-Ban.

4 - Modification of a PC Process  
Opening process hacker or PowerShell since the last restart.  
Permanent IP-Ban.

5 - Refusing to Screenshare  
Not permitting a member of staff to screenshare you for cheats.  
1st Offense - 90-day IP-Ban.
2nd Offense - Permanent IP-Ban.

6 - Unfair Modification (Active)  
Actively using modifications to gain a gameplay advantage which go against our server rules.  
1st Offense - 90-day IP-Ban.
2nd Offense - Permanent IP-Ban.

7 - Unfair Modification (Inactive)  
Having illegal modifications installed on your computer which were not used at the time of the screenshare.  
1st Offense - 14-day IP-Ban.
2nd Offense - 30-day IP-Ban.
3rd Offense - 90-day IP-Ban.
4th Offense - Permanent IP-Ban.
