TimeQuest Minecraft Server Terms and Conditions
 

Welcome to TimeQuest! These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other related agreements, govern your use of the TimeQuest Minecraft server and Webstore (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms (the "Terms").
 

1. Acceptance of Terms: By logging in and utilizing our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should cease using the Service immediately.

2. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

4. No Refunds: All purchases on the Webstore are final. Contributions, donations, or purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify TimeQuest immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability: TimeQuest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including but not limited to any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character profile information, recordings of games) are owned by TimeQuest or its licensors.

8. User Conduct: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and agree not to:
  - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  - Solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
  - Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
  - Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our server is hosted. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in that location.

13. Changes to the Service: TimeQuest reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Service, and any service or material we provide on the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
