- Attach screenshots, videos, or documents that support your feedback.
- Visual evidence clarifies the issue for the staff member.

3. Highlight the Impact:
- Explain how the staff's actions affected you, other players, or the community.
- Stress the consequences of their behavior.

4. Suggest Ways to Improve:
- Offer clear, actionable advice for improvement.
- Suggest alternatives or solutions when relevant.

5. Provide Your Contact Information:
- Include your contact info or preferred communication method for any follow-up discussions or clarifications.
